Code of Ethics

Valid from 6 Jan 2026

English translation for information. The Czech version is binding.

INAPA s.r.o. behaves morally, honestly and responsibly towards its employees, customers, suppliers and all interested parties. All of them share in the company's sustainable growth and success. INAPA s.r.o. expects its business partners, customers, suppliers and other interested parties to observe the same ethical principles for work, the environment, and health and safety.

Scope and binding nature

  • The Code of Ethics applies to all business relationships between INAPA s.r.o. and its business partners, customers, suppliers and other interested parties.
  • The requirements of the Code of Ethics are passed on to the suppliers of INAPA s.r.o. to an appropriate extent. These suppliers are obliged to pass the rules of the Code of Ethics on to their own suppliers.
  • We choose our business partners and customers. For a relationship with a customer to be beneficial, it is important to assess its value for both partners. Management considers an order complete only when it has been properly handed over, including financial settlement.

Ethics

INAPA s.r.o. opposes coercion and any other unacceptable advantages towards customers as well as towards suppliers or other interested parties. Business partners (customers, suppliers and other interested parties) must not offer or accept bribes or take part in any other illegal inducements related to business. We respect and follow the rules of fair and open competition and prevent situations that could lead to their violation. In particular, relationships with suppliers and customers must be based, when selecting goods or services, solely on competitive terms of quality, price and service that are most advantageous for the company.

Compliance with applicable legislation

  • We follow all applicable laws, regulations, rules and standards. Complying with them and checking compliance systematically is the basis of the company's ethical standards.
  • INAPA s.r.o. supplies high-quality products and services in a way that reflects its determination to conduct all business activities in accordance with applicable laws and the principles of integrity and honesty. We expect the same conduct from all our business partners, especially our suppliers.

Labour, child labour

INAPA s.r.o. does not use forced, involuntary or child labour. We respect the applicable laws of the Czech Republic and the EU and therefore never employ children. Child labour is work that is mentally, physically, morally or socially dangerous or harmful to children, or that interferes inappropriately with their education. It means work by children who have not reached the minimum working age (under national legislation this may be 16 years).

Employment of young workers

Young workers (under 18) may only be employed for safe work and only once they have reached the minimum age for employing young workers, which in the Czech Republic is 16. No one under 18 years of age is employed at INAPA s.r.o.

Combating organised crime

All new employees are required to provide an extract from the criminal record. Access to websites with potentially criminal content is blocked by software.

Combating corruption

In its activities, the company must not, directly or through intermediaries, offer or promise any undue advantage in order to obtain or retain an order or any other advantage granted by a third party. INAPA s.r.o. opposes all forms of corruption, including extortion and bribery. When placing orders, we therefore may not offer or accept gifts that could influence business decisions.

Anti-discrimination policy

Discrimination on the grounds of race, colour, sex, age, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, religion, political opinion, trade union membership or marital status is not tolerated. No form of discrimination or unequal treatment of customers, suppliers, colleagues or other partners by employees is tolerated.

INAPA s.r.o. ensures that there is no harassment, discrimination, violent or otherwise inhumane behaviour in the workplace, nor any threat of such conduct.

INAPA s.r.o. ensures that workers are paid in accordance with applicable wage legislation. The level of pay and benefits is fair. Working hours are described in detail in an annex to the employment contract.

Human rights

We respect all employees in terms of freedom, their rights and equality regardless of language or national or social origin, and we respect the dignity, privacy and personality of every employee.

Occupational health and safety

INAPA s.r.o. provides a safe working environment that supports accident prevention and minimises the health risks to which employees are exposed. An Occupational Health and Safety Policy has been issued. Knowledge of the basic duties arising from occupational health and safety is an integral and permanent part of every employee's qualifications.

Environmental protection

We comply with applicable environmental legislation. In all our activities we strive to save resources and protect the environment. The company has adopted the ISO 14001:2016 standard, which allows it to demonstrate continual improvement of its environmental management system.

Further training and innovation

  • We provide ongoing training that allows employees and management to gain the appropriate level of knowledge and skills so that they can keep improving.
  • We give our customers and other interested parties access to information about innovations, provided this does not conflict with trade secret agreements.

Conflict of interest

Employees must avoid situations in which their personal interests could conflict with those of the company. It is prohibited to misuse one's position, powers or information obtained at INAPA s.r.o. to gain a financial or other benefit for oneself or another person.

Modern slavery

Forced or involuntary labour and servitude are not used. We respect the applicable laws of the Czech Republic and the EU and therefore do not tolerate any form of modern slavery or human trafficking.

Working conditions

We provide our employees with fair and satisfactory working conditions (at least drinking water, adequate sanitary facilities, emergency exits and basic safety equipment, access to emergency medical care, properly lit and equipped workplaces) and protect them from unemployment to a reasonable extent.

Protection of whistleblowers

Any worker who reports misconduct faces no intimidation or harassment. Compliance with this rule is overseen by the committee described under Escalation.

Escalation

  • Every worker has the right to report any breach of the rules set out in the Code of Ethics to their superior. All reports are discussed by the company's management (a committee) with two members – the managing director and the executive director – who ensure a fair hearing and subsequent remedy for the purposes of compliance with the Code of Ethics.
  • Customers or suppliers who learn of a breach of the Code of Ethics by employees of INAPA s.r.o. can report it to inapa@inapa.cz, which is also published on the company's website.
