Write to inapa@inapa.cz. This is the address the company's Code of Ethics gives for reports from customers and suppliers. Employees can also report a breach to their superior.
Who deals with it
Concerns are discussed by the company's management – a committee of two members, the managing director and the executive director. The committee ensures a fair hearing and subsequent remedy.
Protection for those who report
Anyone who reports misconduct faces no intimidation or harassment. The committee oversees compliance with this rule.
What a concern can be about
- breaches of the Code of Ethics – for example discrimination, harassment, working conditions or safety at work
- bribery and corruption
- FSC – the origin of materials and compliance with FSC principles
- personal data protection and exercising your rights under the GDPR
